I wasn't sure if I needed to post this on this forum or the mid-size, so I posted on both.

After 42 years riding motorcycles, I've traded two wheels for four: A 2015 Ranger 570 Crew Mid-size base model. I'm actually picking it up in the morning.

My questions, as a new owner are:

.....Is Power Steering is a "Must" on this unit? I'm sure that driving around in the Dealer's parking lot is much different than driving across a pasture or a fire road.

.....Has anyone installed the SuperATV.com "EZ-Steer" system on their mid-size and are you happy with the system? It looks like the 2015 system is much easier to install than the 2014 unit.

I couldn't justify the additional $1700 (MSRP) to get the model with Power Steering. I know you get different wheels and custom paint as well, but those aren't important to me.

The EZ-Steer power steering is only $519.00 and I can install it myself.

Thanks for any advice or help!

I'm unsure if the 44 hp is included in the regular 570 or just exclusive to the Polaris Ranger 570 EPS crew 2015 Polaris RANGER CREW 570 EPS Sunset Red : Features and full size 570 non-crew 2015 Polaris RANGER 570 Full-Size Sage Green : Features. If you click on either full 570 size crew they are shown as 40 hp 2015 RANGER CREW 570 EPS Full-Size Polaris Pursuit Camo : Features Perhaps someone here or at the dealership can explain, but it only shows two with the added horsepower. Again, I'm unsure if that is true or not for all 570's in 2015. Here are my previous comments on the two non EPS vs. EPS 570 crew http://www.prcforum.com/forum/112-ranger-crew-discussions/58787-570-crew-review.html

My wife and daughter struggled a little when turning at slow speeds so I went ahead and ordered the EZ Steer from SuperATV.com.

If anyone is interested, I googled and found a 10% off coupon (RZRFORUM). It's limited to $40.00 OFF, but with FREE shipping, that's a bargain.

If possible, how about posting a thread on the install? I'm sure other midsize owners are considering the same addition.
I'll take pictures as I do the install and post them, as well as my experience with the installation and results.

Typical me.....Less than 2 miles on a new vehicle and I'm already taking it apart!

EPS is money well spent. There was a time that I would've said the opposite, but after owning a machine with EPS, I'll never have another without it.
