The 4WD intermittant issue has yet to be verified or diagnosed, and could be a loose wire or bad switch. Hardly reason to say there is a problem until someone can verify the owner just does not understand the system. I had a guy tell me the reverse lights were stuck "on" mine yesterday, when in reality he did not understand the switch on the dash turns those lights on, not gear selector posistion. It's possible that something similar could be happening here since there are a lot of factors, i.e. AWD will not activate if you turn it on over a certain RPM to prevent driveline damage, etc..

I completely understand the awd system on the rzr and so do the techs at the dealership! The problem may have to do the transmission sencer. The little thing that tells you what gear it is in. If it is bad, the awd will not engage. Polaris told the techs this today. Had a new one on order this whole time, because it wouldn't display (P) when it was in park. so when it comes in I will be sure to post the results for everyone. This is an intermitent problem, therefore possibly making the awd an intermitent problem. I know that the awd isn't supposed to engage with 40 mph rear wheel spin. which mine was doing.

Let us know. That was my post, and I hope you did not think I was trying to call you stupid! I do not recall you mentioning the Sensor issue, which if that is the problem will be good info to share in case we start seeing a pattern with it, although so far everything I have seen has been very isolated.
