I think Alex and Jamie are on the right track--little things like leaks and squeaks can be aggravating and often originate in the most unlikely places. Good idea to ask if anyone else has had similar experiences! Another thing you may want to try is get inside while it is dark and have someone on the outside of the machine go around the edges with a flashlight and see if you can detect and light peeping through--probably not as effective as the water hose idea, but who knows. When you find the source, be sure to post it - that's what we are all about... helping each other!

Hey everyone it is probably leaking on the back side of the roof. But let's all also realize These are atv's not premier automobiles I do understand that we all have paid alot for these machines and I will say on somethings polaris has not impressed me with their lack of quality on some parts and accessories. But like I said these are big boy toys lol.

Welcome to the forum Mr. Benelli ! I'd second either the water hose or the flashlight test , someone else with a similar issue may also chime in. Like Forde said were all here to help each other. :smug:

Wow. I'm all about helping others. If I posted a question and got wise responses I don't know what I would think about this forum. If I lived close I would drive over to this guys place and see this first hand and help him out. Just my opinion

It's probably the back panel there are many holes in it I took mine off and covered every hole with aluminum tape like for AC ducts from the inside and then I foam taped the bottom of that panel. I did mine mainly for dust and noise. I'm sure his water is coming from that rear panel at the top where it's just held on with push pins.

Make sure the rear widow seal has not rolled off the glass at the top. You can take a piece of 1/4" thick foam weather strip with an adhesive back and put it around the cage where the glass sits in the frame. This will take up the gaps that are likely causing the leak. One other thing you can do is add a 3/4 inch thick piece of the same style weather strip under the rear lip of the roof to hold the back of the roof out from the cage which shields the window from a down poor better. Looks perfect and seals up nicely. I have my cab almost fully sealed including going around the back panel inside with black flexible caulking to seal from dust and water.

The wise responses are from a few individuals, it is not the character or values of the majority on this forum.
For Polaris Ranger owners this is the best forum (IMO).

Maybe they will change, and contribute with Quality positive responses.

No one on here knows everything, but as a collective group, I do not think there is nothing that WE can not get figured out.

I believe i found the spot and a long strip of eternabond tape or silicone might help. just sitting in the rain not driven or trailered.
Its the long seam above the plastic push pins.

There is s foam seal for this area. Polaris has a cab seal kit, that covers this complete area as well as some other parts, but it is pricey, or you can purchase some self adhesive foam at lowes or Home Depot, which will be cheaper.

If you will look at the top of this section in the accessory instructions that is posted, the installation instructions and part numbers for the complete seal kit are there.

Look below the holes where the red mark is. Thank you all for you input. Going with foam and the aluminum tape.

I am surprised the foam kit doesn't come with the premium cab kit.
