Gary,(or other wizards) I have noticed my time is incorrect on my posts. How do I set my time zone?[?]

The time displayed on your post is the time where the server is located. I don't think you can change that. Now it does appear to be three hours ahead of me here in Arizona, we don't change to daylight savings time.
