We had a really informal, lightning quick time. We really didn't keep a list of questions and a lot of things we just didn't get to ask. Most of our time was spent on other things. The RZR is pretty much perfect as is. There were only a few suggestions for them, but if they don't do any of those, then it won't be any less impressive. Here is what I can remember for suggestions.
1. Chuck suggested an adjustable seat back for taller people to offer helmet support, much like the seat bottom adjusts.
2. I suggested a handle to adjust the seat like a manual seat in a car.
3. Neal suggested a slight change to netting to prevent the knee from accidently sticking out.
4. Fred suggested relocating the switches and cutting off a couple inches of the bottom, center of the dash to keep your knees from hitting. This was before he drove it and after he drove it, he said "Never mind, not an issue"!!
5. I suggested a 12V outlet in the rear, under the bed to plug in a work light for mechanical breakdown problems at night.
That is all I can remember but, as you can see, these are very minor and if none of them were done it would be no big deal. There is absolutely no need for more power or speed in my book. There is no need for any suspension work, steering work or anything else along those lines. I believe the RZR I had was the stock setup, as were most of them. I can't remember the one I took the high speed ride in but I believe it was stock tires as well and it ran like the proverbial "bat outta hell"!
Folks, these RZR's will no doubt be modded by some, but they are pretty much perfect as is and are definitely trail ready/race ready/play ready right out of the box.
On shipping dates, all I heard was they would ship within 60 days. But, that was an off the cuff comment. I know some dealers show May deliveries and that could very well still be the case.
There is one HUGE problem with the whole thing; I DON'T HAVE ONE!![
