nice looks plenty strong, is that 1/8 angle and a wood floor ? keeping the tilt is a plus for trail maintenance yes a roll bar tied into the frame would be added and i could tie the seats and safety belts to the bar.

Lol, yeah it is a wood floor (2x6)...dont give too hard of a time... :) i went with 3/16" angle...

...i do plan to remove the wood and rivet aluminum diamond plate for floor and remove the wood sides and replace with metal...

I am pretty surprised how well it held up over the past year though...at this rate i am guessing it would last 5 years or so of good use... The weak link is the sides...

Here's a pretty simple one...

Uses factory sub-frame so removable to put the stock box back on and preserves tilt...

Seats/roll bar of your choice could be added...

Used e-trac for tie down points...

Love this ! I've been thinking about building a ranger flatbed for awhile. This gives me ideas for this fall/winter!

Does yours have a funtioning tailgate? What are your bed dimentions and weight? Looks like you used wood for the floor of the bed?

Great job!

The tailgate is just pressure fit so it is removable but does not have a hinge... :( ...and yes, the floor is 2x6's :)

I'd have to measure the length because I don't remember but I do remember it is more than a foot longer than stock ...the width is 68"...my tires are 72" from outside to outside and I held it in 2" on each side...

The weight is just an estimate but it is around 110lbs... I'm guessing about double (or a little more) the stock bed...
