When I am moving along in high geer (and maybe low) and I let off the gas, I hear a clicking sound. Someone told me there is somesort of enigine break that could be causing this. Is this true. Or any ideas what it may be.

Transmission is brand new and noise does not sound like it is coming from there.

Chip,
When I let off the gas and usally right before the clutch disengages I get a chirping weet....weet..weet sound, remind me of Curley from the Three Stooges. As far as I know it's normal, but then again I'm not so take it for what it's worth[:D]

But there is no Engine Brake on the newer model Rangers from the factory.
