Do you mean the additional weight? Time will tell, I supose. I'm not sure what a Freedom cab weighs, but they don't look very light and I doubt I'm much heavier than one of those. Just the center of gravity is so far back (and higher). I'm thinking of putting my future auxillary battery in the front and possibly the spare on the hood if it doesn't obstruct my view too bad....that should help counterbalance a little.

Can ya still recognize any of it, Brian? It took some work to get it the way I wanted it....but it's nearly complete. I still need to sell my old rear cage to be able to afford the new rear seat and harnesses that I'm wanting....and I still haven't painted it yet. I was gonna take it on a couple of rides to make sure everything was the way I wanted....just to make sure that I didn't need to hack it apart or weld on any other parts. The new nerf bars and rear bumper are working well, too. I don't think I'll have to worry about bending these....they're made out of 1 1/4 schedule 40 pipe....almost 3/16" thick....so they'll take a beating.

You have thought about the added weight with passengers in the back too, right? [:0] Just checking.

Jerry, I like the one piece roof, need wheels on the cooler rack, wouldn't want to crush your beverage. Nice nerf bars and side bars. put mine on just before Zoe, had fresh paint all messed up. Surprising how much punishment the sides of these Rangers take that we're not aware of. Can't wait until we go again, where ever, when ever. Only thing I want to do before I go is install 1 1/2-2" wheel spacers for stability. With factory wheels I think I need additional width. I like the looks of aftermarket wheels, but like the reliability of the steel. My thoughts of the wheel bearing issue are that I never over load it, not alot of hi-speed, and only put on 50-60 hours a year, the likelihood of a problem in 4-5 years is slim. I need some advice gang.
