I installed them on my crew two weeks ago and love them. No issues with my latches, but it's only been two weeks. I'll post again if I have any issues. I also wish the gaps around the doors were a little smaller. The doors will help with the dust, but it could be better. Graphics for the crew doors will be available just after the new year, I'll post pics soon as I get them installed.
ReadyForce Hi-Boy half doors
Has anyone used the ReadyForce Hi-Boy doors on their Ranger ? Pro's or Con's ? The cheapest I've found them for is about $655 without graphics.

JS, do you think by adding some kind of weather stripping, you might be able to minimize the dust? I am considering these doors and I was hoping they would help keep dust from entering the cab. Thanks!
Yea, weather stripping helps the dust considerably, as a lot of it comes under the door, right behind the front tires. I've done it, it works. Problem is, it was butt ugly. I am always on the hunt for weather stripping that would keeps the dust down, and look like an OEM kit. If you find something good, spread the word. Thank you guys, I'm going to order a pair tomorrow.
I have a pair in my garage ready for install. After deer season I will bring it home from the lease and put them on. I have already put the White Lightning graphics on the doors. Will post pics after I get it home in a couple weeks and do the install.
