My rear right hub on my 16 900 xp will not come off so I can grease the bearings. All the other hubs came off easily any help would be appreciated

Blake, you will probably need to pull the axle out to work on it . That happens on the 700's occasionally when the bearing race seizes on the hub 'snout'. You may need to heat it up to get it to let go . I would have a new bearing on hand before you begin as you will probably end up carefully cutting the race off the hub.

Seems like it always happens on right rear......

I discovered something the other day, yeah I'm a little slow and maybe you already know this, always thought turf mode was just an open rear end, that's what the little indicator shows, but it's actually right wheel drive only. I had it jacked up to plug some leaks, did the left first and powered up turf mode to spin the wheel and worked great, didn't on the right. So if you run in turf a lot like I do, it's going to take more abuse.

Crap if that’s the case I will let my mechanic do that I don’t have the tools or knowledge of replacing bearings
