I just installed the optional storage Box under the back seat in my 2015 570 crew. It's a real nice additional amount of underseat storage.

After about a 30 min ride I noticed the seat had some additional warmth. Lifted the seat and the plastic trim along the back of the seat was warped in the middle. It appears it's from the exhaust pipe there at the front of the motor.

Anyone have any ideas for a heat shield?

I had a 800 with a very hot seat on the passenger side. I went to Menards and bought Thermo pan,(Cardboard with a reflective coating) the used duct tape to attach it where heat was an issue, Next I bought a roll of refletive insulation and duct taped it to the Therm pan. Really worked well. If you get it wet it will deterate but after 2 years I am still on the orginial

Have not seen that issue with mine, but will check on it. I did, however, do what RangerEd did on my former 800 and reasonably pleased with the outcome, so I might be doing it again.
