Just wondering if there are any people out That have had a negative experience with Renegade products co. I purchased a rear seat for my ranger from these guys. They told they would ship it out that same week and i would get it in a few days. The first week past i called and spoke with Anna. She told me that the box had mistakenly not been shipped and she would ship it right away and i would get it in a few days. NO Big DEAL, Right! Approx 4 days past and we phoned again. Anna said this time that they had just finished it and were packing it up. They were going to ship it out right away...AGAIN! Another week came and went and we contacted Renagade again. Anna stated again she was going to ship it out over night and they were going to throw in some extra stuff for the trouble. Its been a month and Renagade is still giving us the run around...Is this just an isolated incident or is Renegade a crappy company?

I had a similar experience nearly a year ago. They had all kinds of excuses but still no delivery. I was told by other locals that they had tax problems poss. BK in process and had lost there lease. I have been in there new building and spoke to Anna and her brother personaly, still no seat. I was also told (never confirmed) that they purchased frames and just did the upholstery. I ended up buying a seat out of Yuma and they to left out my child slots for seat belts but at least I did get a seat.

I have dealt with them here as a local they make a great seat and I am happy with it but they are notorious for slow shipping and excuses. Thew price was real good though.
Thanks everyone for your input. Im glad hear i am not the only one. After a month of the wife and I playing tag team phone terrorist...I finally got the seat. I didn't get the seat bracket nor belts. but Who needs to mount the dang thing anyway? We immediately phoned Renagade and they stated they they would ship it out the next day....Hmmmm! Where have i heard that before? But were making progress...Weve developed a soft spot in our hearts for Anna at Renagde..You know, Kinda like the sister you've never wanted to ship stuff for you...lol

i thought they where supposed to add extra stuff, not leave stuff out??? that sux
wow renegade built my soft top they did awesome work it even has fold down sunvisor pockets.But anna is a very special girl and shes not afraid to lie too you.mine was only slightly late one of my buds got the royale screwing normaly only reserved for loyal customers.[:0]

I am dealing with her right now same issues, I finally got my seats back 2 weeks ago after waiting nearly a month, (Very nice seats ), but dont do a whole lot of good if you can't mount them. I have since been returning in person to there shop to try to get my bracket,( returning phone calls not her strong point), only to leave empty handed several times, She has asked me to provide photos of the seats to show other customers the unique pattern we chose, I would be happy to if I could mount the darn thing.

I have finally received my rear seat bracket, all is installed and looks great, as for the delay, they did make things right with the customer and the end product is excellent. I will be returning to have my bimini top made by them.

Sorry been real busy. But no i have the blue Ranger they built me a gray & Black top with sun visors and it fits real well mine is two years old and still looks new.They used realy good quality material.There work is secound to none but some times they lack in timleyness(Is that realy a word)But i guess thats better than pedros soft tops and tacos making it out of old bed sheets[]
