As of now the Ross Foundation has shut down all ATV traffic. The letter I got infers that this is a permanent move.

Yes it will and hikers only, sad to say.

Superloop, that has to suck you being from Bismarck and them to close. I almost bought some land down there so I could be closer so I could ride every weekend.

When i win the lotto, i am going to buy about 1 million acres and open it to OHV use, but hiking and horseback riding will not be permitted.
