I've asked the guys to at least see where Polaris may be on this; along with more info on the 60" rule that never was (from the UFWDA website; bottom of page 6; top of page 7:http://www.ufwda.org/pdfs/APPEAL_HMNF_legalappeal.pdf ).

My bottom line that may or may not reflect the values expressed here:

I will never support a side-by-side club that isn't heavily involved on the trainining side and/or the cause of finally exposing our young, old or the disabled to the great outdoors that they've missed out on for so very long.

It's called 'legacy-building' folks and it's something that our kids need to learn from us that goes beyond simply giving them a ride and calling it a day.

BTW, I chose the Rzr forum for this topic simply because we have reached the point of finally witnessing mass-produced 800CC off-road go-karts that no longer put just the naturally selected pilot in harm's way.

It's not being talked about on these forums (small wonder); yet I think we all have a responsibility to not ignore this issue in the same manner that two-ups were not that long ago.
