Went for an hour ride tonight. Running at much lower rpm's. Engages smoother. Now I need to check the primary. Would have, but didn't want to add any more variables. Hell, I got a new vise (bday), snap ring pliers, easy outs, screw extractors and stealer $0.00. Thanks for the coaching!
Just went for a quick ride down to a local fishing hole, and when I returned and washed the ranger off found out the rear stabilizer bar was broke :cry: is this common with these rangers, did my lift kit cause this to break.
I never really liked the design of turning the key to turn on the headlights. Im planning to install a headlight switch with off/low/high positions. I also plan to redo and expand the 3 factory rocker switch location to 4 switches using a 4 switch bezel.

I am starting to have a lot of play and vibration coming from the front yoke on my prop shaft. It wobbles a lot when moving it by hand. The options I looked at are replacing U-joints and front yoke, or replacing the whole thing with something like the All Balls prop shaft.

I have a 2015 midsize 570 crew. Has about 1000 miles. Never really abused. Just mainly mountain roads. No mud or water. I have one front wheel that has just a bit of play. Rest have none. I’d say it’s a bit less than 1/8” of play outside diameter of then tire.

Been a couple years and my machine has been taking a beating..alot of my plastics are cracked and im not even beating on the machine.
I came from a sportman 500x2 with 27 zillas..hardly ever bottomed out.no lift on it.
I have 26 zillas on it but obv need more height.
