Has anyone snorkeled a '15 570 mid size crew yet? I don't see how you could. There's a box/tray thing between the butts of the back seat passengers and the top of the jug of the motor that has inlets in it for the belt and engine intake. It's directly in the way of the route of the snorkels for the '14s. Plus there's just not room between the bed and the back of the seat. I'll post pictures later tonight or tomorrow evening.

There is a place down south that has a kit now. Search the threads for the info. Might be in the how to section too.

It looks like there's not enough room but there is. Me and several members have done it the same way. Could you post me some pics of what it looks like with the bed popped open please and I can help you from there.

It's this thing that's the issue I think. This is that box that the belt and engine intake are routed into. In fact they're nippled in probably just about directly under my finger.

Snorkelyouratv advertises a kit. I bought it. It doesn't fit. Kyle over there is being super cool about it and offered a complete refund so no harm no foul there. He was genuinely surprised about the design change and said none of his schematics reflect it. Might be time to go rogue and build a custom one.

Ok so is that just a extra tube for the intakes? Is it structural? If it's not I'd cut that thing slap out the way. I've looked at a few 570s and have never seen that

If I'm looking at that correctly, that's a structural part......what the seat back and bottom attaches to, and also what the cage is mounted to. You can't cut it out.

It's plastic, and does not seem to be structural, BUT I'm worried that if I cut it out I'm signing my back seat passengers up for some warm behinds. Kyle at snorkelyouratv seems to think its a "mid year" change they made. I don't know how valid that is but it seems reasonable.

Man I don't wanna cut a whole chunk out of a brand new machine.

Well it's definitly not structural if it's plastic, and your rear passengers won't get any hotter with that gone. Can you get a better lighted pic of the rear seat frame? I'll post some reference pics of where my snorkels come up. Yes mines a 500 but you should basically be able to do the same thing. Also I know you don't wanna cut that out, BUT, it's either cut that needless piece of plastic out or cut an expensive bed. Which would you prefer?

Lol I already cut the bed. I bought the kit for the 570, the instructions said 14 and 15 570, so I got after it. I cut the engine intake tubing and the bed like a donkey and then started noticing hey this isn't gonna work right. But yes, as soon as I get home I will send more pics.

Here's a better lit pic of the shot I posted last night:

Here is where the engine intake goes into it. I had to add the 2" coupler reattach where I cut it:

Here is the belt intake routed up into it:

And here is how much it eats up where the snorks need to be:

Well if you don't want to rip the whole thing off, you could always just drill through it 3 holes and just run you piping up through it. Only issue I'm seeing is that you have no room between motor and that tube. It's gonna be a a pain in the ass to snorkel but it can be done. Where you located? Anywhere near baton rouge?

I mean like I mentioned. Just drill 3 holes in it if you not comfortable cutting it completely off
