when I turn left or right im getting a squicking noise from inside wheel hub where the axle goes in at the cv boot, it doesn't do it when im going straight just when I turn any ides what this might be.

Have you jacked it up to see if the wheel bearings are loose? If you're positive that's where the noise is coming from, then that would be my first guess. Other potential squeakers in that area are the ball joints, tie rod ends, and (possibly) shock bushings.

if it was wheel bearings wouldn't it squeak while moving it only does it when turning the steering wheel

Yes, that would typically be correct. I'd jack it up and give it the "wobble test".
