Anybody use the SSV Works sub box that installs under the passenger seat? Seems pricey for what it is...but I'm wondering if it provides better sound than just putting the sub under the seat with a home made plate...?

I'm running it, it's great, waterproof, but you can probably make it yourself way cheaper. Over all I'm happy with it!

Thanks...I will probably go with one...just didn't know if installing my own under the seat and using the storage bin as the box would get me the same sound...

I know the speaker isn't water proof but it was cheaper and can be replaced!! Used the factory storage box.
