Sorry to hear you had issues at Mudfest! Always seems to happen at the big rides!
I had this issue with my 400 when I ran into the end of a log during a big night ride...Not good! Ended up getting a replacement from Polaris and it wasn't cheap! I often wondered if a RZR rack would somehow be convertible...It would be a higher ratio but that may not be a bad thing. Just comes down to mounting and tie-rod length and angle of the input shaft.
Also, may give Wagz a PM to see if he has any sources after his complete rebuild!
Good Luck!

Cheers

Very well done sir, thats pretty sweet! im LOVING the idea of the outter heim ends. I seen that Rzrs have a kit you can buy that turns both ends into heims and eliminates the inners from wearing out, but when they do ya just buy new ends and bingo, back in business.

Neighbor does a LOT of quad frame fabricating, and A-arms and all kinds of sprint car parts and other hi-end racing machine parts. He said this spring we'll fabricate some heim end A-arms for my buggy and eliminate them damn bushings that always wear out...also, they'd be full adjustable for if i ever lift it to the sky...which i thought would be pretty slick! ya could change your camber pretty easily! Wander why no one else has done this yet/?!??!?!

It's funny you mention adjustable heims on the a arms, me and ydopen have been talking about that for a while but don't know anyone that could fab them up. It would be great cause with all our lifts you could just adjust the ends and bam, no more negative camber

Yah my neighbor said its not hard at all, just gotta get spacers and such to take up room in the A-arm mounting location. The way he talked, it would be a breeze. However, he does this stuff ALLLLLL the time, i mean ALL the time. Everything on his race machines are hand made, and he dont monkey around. haha. does run polaris too btw.

Well find out how much he would sell them for. I'd be willing to send some cash his way for a set, or can he take the arms I have now and add heims?
