The area is about 16,000 acres, sand, mud, water crossings, tons of trails. I'm out there about every other weekend. If your in the area let me know great place but you have to own property out there.

It's around 2500 to 4500 or less due to the economy. I'm looking out at river ranch, but I am having a hard time with the H.O.A dues. It looks nice out there, it's about two hours to get out there for me. Like I said I ride every other weekend, this is a ridding weekend but if you want you can meet me out there. Google earth holopaw groves road, holopaw Fl. And go west to see the gate as well as the power lines

Im staying away from the riding this weekend, too many dumbasses for my taste.
I would be interested in catching up with you to get a sample of Suburban.
The dues are 120 at RR.
I have heard horror stories about Holopaw( camps burnt down, shot up) which is why we bought at RR.
Also it is 1 hr travel for us.
But Holopaw is 1.5 hr.

both are good places to ride. I prefer river ranch because my son rides his quad and we hit the trails and were safe.
