I got a chance to see him in concert, it was an unforgettable experience. I would encourage people to go out and see some concerts from your music heros. Once they're gone that's it, the way music is headed now we will never have this cailber of legends anymore.

Not much of a blues fan but if I was BB would have been the way to go. Definitely agree with you Jarrod, music is really going south and we are loosing legends every week seems like. Music won't be the same guys.

I recently saw Buddy Guy in Toronto (my 3rd time seeing him). He visits the city on his annual tour. I also feel fortunate to have seen Stevie Ray Vaughn before his death. I had a ticket for John Lee Hooker but he took ill causing the tour to be postponed and ultimately cancelled due to his death.

Not to rain on everyone's parade, but I saw King in Toronto several years ago. Jeff Beck was the opener. It wasn't a very enjoyable night. The crowd had no real interest in Beck (I was there more to see him) and I wasn't really impressed with King's performance. I wasn't really familiar with his music, but have an open mind. I actually thought 1 of his back up guitarists was better.
