Theft Prevention

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. This morning during my usual visits to various site on my PC I came across this video posted below and although it's about motorcycle theft I thought a lot of it would also apply to UTVs. Previously there have been several posts by Forum members asking about security methods for their Polaris vehicles. This video, while not all encompassing (it doesn't show attacks on the actual lock cylinders) shows how various deterrents can be defeated. From my point of view the point is made that there is no definitive way to 100% assure your vehicle won't be stolen, however there are deterrents that will make thieves move on to easier targets and will defeat all but the most determined thief. The other take away is that depending on passers by to deter thieves is just plain false security.
The whole video is pretty good but the last part is more about Christmas spirit. If you're only interested in the theft deterrent part watch the first 13 minutes or so.
