Would 28s Blackwater on 14 in wheels fit on stock suspension? It seems people say it does or doesn't. I don't want to get different a arms and I can't lift it because it won't fit in the toyhauler. I've read that if the shocks are on the outer position it should clear. Having found anything diffinitive.

They will fit. I have them on mine and had them on prior to installing a lift. I added the lift to help with sagging from the weight of the full cab and get a little more clearance for the wheel spacers I wanted to run to add some stability

If the Blackwaters measure a full 28", if they don't rub they are going to be very close to it during full turn when the suspension travels upward. I have a feeling that moving to the outer shock holes might be required. It will be so close to rubbing, that the wheel offset comes into play.

Stupid Question 28" tires on a 12" rim vs a 14" rim? Just more sidewall ?

So with the mention of 12" wheels came up how large can u go with 12" wheels with stock every thing on 2015 900 xp with eps
The size of the wheel is irrelevant - a 30" tire on a 14" wheel takes up the same space/clearances as a 30" tire on a 12" wheel. As Jerry mentioned, there are other considerations when choosing a 14" or a 12" wheel (of even a 15"!) but wheel well clearance isn't one of them - everything else being equal!

Caveat: Wheel width and backspacing WILL be a consideration!
