I've seen here that some of you have traded in your stock wheels and tires for polaris upgraded wheels and tires. How do I go about doing the same and what where your options? Let me know guy's!![]
Traded mine as well. It's up to your dealer. Some may
not want them, some will. I got the red eagle tires and
rims, installed, $ 400 plus the old tires/wheels.
I alway keep the stock rims and tires. Then when you go to sell you have a brand new set to put on and you can sell your rims separately for more money.
My first impulse was to trade the stockers. Then I remembered that a few places I ride have gates 50" wide. Always had to turn around in my Rhino, now I can check those trails out in the RZR. I'm keeping them.
Also some people use them in the off-season when they want to do work near home on turf, or also to take the vehicle in for service when they are running something they worry will possibly cause warranty concerns.
