Very cool, Neal. Can't wait to see the pics. Do you still need me to contact Jeff at RW regarding that cab panel? I talked with Bryce about it in AZ, and after showing him the pic you sent me he suggested that we just fix it ourselves or contact RW for solutions. I should make it clear that he wasn't blowing us off. Its just that he and I both agreed that it would be silly to ship a new one, etc. (and I know that's what we all thought too)

Not sure Bruce. Unfortunately I am living a classic example why unions are justified. I am working through it with the help of attorney's but it is effecting my health, my family, and my friendships.

That's good Neal. I am glad in this case the union is helping. That would have to suck having to do all that vs. just doing the dang job. Mine is not that bad but it has been rough the past few weeks on me. Mentally stressful is the best way to describe it.

My bad Neal. However, you could be in the union and them cut a deal to get rid of you and then you not have a say since the union ok'ed it!!

Nah there would be a legal walk out in that situation.Unions are negative to the success of a business in many situations but tseniority is their strong suit.
