What do you think about running amsol and your Polaris Ranger rear end transmission
As long as it's the recommend lube for your vehicle Amsoil is a good product. I've been using Amsoil Synthetic ATV/UTV Powertrain Fluid, which is Amsoil's recommended lube for both the transmission and front differential since they came out with it about 3 years or so ago with no issues. I change it at the recommended 100 hours and it comes out looking as clean as it did when I put it in and there is very little metallic fines on the magnetic drain plugs.

Before Amsoil came out with this lube I used the two different lubes recommend by Amsoil as replacements for the Polaris products and I had no issues with them either. The advantages of using the lube I currently use are that there is no necessity to store 2 different products, the packaging allows easy fills because it isn't a rigid bottle but rather a flexible package and I can get every last drop of lube out of the package by squeegeeing the "empty" package with my hand into a newly opened package.
