It is not in their 2022 line up, It is not on their website. I do see it in a few emails I get that say December. Is hope it is missing because they have not come up with an option list yet? My dealer took money down on one, no price, etc., but I am top of the list to order one.

Talked to the dealer again, because of supply chain issues, delivery is expected in early 2023. I ordered mine 18 months ago....

I just spoke to my dealer, as of March 1, 2023 they are 10 weeks out. BUT, every month this is the same response from Polaris. Some folks that ordered them 1.5 years ago are cancelling orders and moving on. The problem is supply chain, this now sounds like a lame excuse and I some are wondering if there are other issues.... Hmmmmm..

Good luck. Are they giving you an updated date?

Fwiw, they've had extra time to find issues, so I think you will be good. Well, you'll have the typical minuses of EVs, but otherwise, you should be fine. Did you already add a charging circuit to where you will charge?

The ranger has 3KW onboard charging system and I have 220V in my shop. So, I think I will be good.

What kind of plug does it use? Does it match what you use in your shop already?

From what I’ve read they are powered by lead acid batteries??
With new battery tech one would think Polaris would be utilizing lighter stronger and longer lasting lifepo technology in the electric ranger.
Lead acid has only a three year or less life span. 🤔

Yooper, you are correct. But, I want it for farm use. I have many short trips, everyday. To the shop, to the field, garden, back and forth, etc.. So, start stop a lot. I feel like I am killing my existing ranger. Also, eats gas like crazy this way. 45 miles is a lot on the farm.

Polaris can’t seem to figure out Lithium power. My dealer just told me they are still having issues with the design and they are not sure now when they will be out. Holy cow this sucks. How long have they been trying to release these now? 1.5-2 years? Thanks insane….

Don't worry guys, everything is going battery because joe says so and you will be at the forefront when they are delivered.
Polaris is in on the ground floor with the latest technology and best engineers.
It will be fine.
The government says they are going to help by mandating it, (do it or else...).
Problem solved. It will just take a while like any government assisted program. Mainly getting the cash flow routing set up from government payout around to politicians back pocket.
You might even get them before the 'Speed'mobile hits the trails.

I don't think it's a real trail vehicle .. not yet. At least, it's not one that goes very far. Like all batteries use/range is affected by temperature.

People run out of gas and that's not great. I wonder what it's going to be like to run out of battery power on a far off trail and how will they recover. ;)

They'll just need to tow a cable reel with them -
