Very frustrated. Have a 2008 700xp. Original problem was burning up oil faster than you could add it. I tore down my top and replace cylinder with newly bored nikasil head. New pistons, new rings, new valves, new exhaust boot, new valve reed, new throttle cable. Cleaned up Tbap sensor, just about everything you can think of. Cleaned everything up and put back together. Tried to start and engine turns over but didn't start. White smoke coming from dipstick. Yikes! Thought I must have the pistons rings lined up incorrectly. Tore everything down again, reset the rings, put back together and same problem. What am I missing??

Also, codes 42 and 25 come up. There is a slight smell of fuel out of the dipstick tube. The white smoke just kind of hangs around inside the tube, doesn't blow out. Also new spark plugs and new spark plug cables.

code 40 is for the temp sensor and code 25 is invalid gear, try shifting it and putting it back in neutral, then crank it over.
