If you look in my signature you will see a link to my aluminum box thread.

Fathers Day is a very good time to buy tools and so you can often find some great deals on Toolboxes.

Note: I loved the toolbox in the linked thread, but pulled it out and stuck it on the tongue of my trailer. Just too many times I realized I needed the full bed on my ranger and couldn't pull it out. I replaced it with a very nice, Black ABS toolbox with lid that sits inside the bed loose and I can remove as needed when the whole bed is required.

Hmm that's a 58" box? Looks like it does hang over a bit.... Looks like it hangs out as much as a 61.5" box.

The low profile(UWS TBS-58-LP-BLK) doesn't fit as well, large gap over the side, and its a little short in length as well, may have to find the standard profile.
The low profile 58" box is 11 3/4" tall from bottom of tub to the point of attachment on the bed rails.. The bed of the polaris is sloped with 10 1/2 inch at front where tool box is and is 11 1/2 inch at tail gate.
Also the out to out of the 58" box is actuall 59 with the top included. The polaris bed rails are at 59 1/4 out to out.

The standard profile box is only 9 3/8 deep from bed rails to Bim of tub , so it fits.. You just have to give up the low profile top and get the standard top that is 4 1/4 tall

These don't offer much space but have served me well for my needs.

I have had a set of these before for my 800, but when I walked through LOWES the other day and saw the bigger ones were only $25 each I bought two for the 900 Crew. I put tools in one and parts in the other. (Stanley Fatmax)

is that like a regular midsize truck toolbox or is specifically for a utv?

Nice setup, where did you get the storage cans?
Amazon, too pricey at regular prices so I keeps an eye out for used Amazon Warehouse used ones.
