One of the guys I know bought a RZR last year. Before this winter's ice fishing season started he made a half w/s for it. I hadn't seen it until a few days ago. To mount the Lexan to the roll cage uprights, he used 1 1/2" ABS pipe, slotted & rivetted behind the Lexan. The assy is then "snapped" onto the uprights.

The upper 2 "clips" are 2 1/2" long. I haven't determined the bottom clips as I have a GPS mount attached in that area. The clip may or may not be shorter. The yellow paint shows where I'll be drilling the holes for rivets.

I'm in the process of making a new half w/s so I'll post some more pics later.

I've been thinking of making a half windshield but didn't know how to make it attach easy I'll have to remember this

I dropped my w/s off @ a friend's to have him chamfer the lower w/ a router. He's out of town, so it may be a while before I get it back. I originally had the Polaris canvas roof/back panel:

It had similar "clips" to attach the roof bows to the cage.
