Since getting my new Ranger 900 I noticed a great deal of air flow between the windshield and the room. Inspection revealed an unobstructed passage there. Am I the only one that did not get a seal between the windshield and the roof? Getting the extra air flow is somewhat welcome in the summer except for the dust but in the colder times of the year it is a bit uncomfortable.

I tried to fill the gap with foam rubber but it just blew out.

Sounds like you purchased the polaris sport roof. It does not come with the seal kit.
The seal kit is supposed to come with the premium roof, but not sure if that is the case anymore.
Polaris apparently has discontinued the roof seal kit, in kit form. The original seal kit part number does not have a superseded part number that I can find.
However the pieces are available individually.

I posted the part numbers in another thread. ( can't remember which one though)

That is high considering you can purchase it for $40
Polaris part # 2879289, according to the info I find, this part number has been deleted/cancelled.
But the individual parts are available.

You might try an online dealer that may still have it in stock.

Ken and I pulled the roof off yesterday and put a new piece of half inch Copper pipe insulation in between the roof and the front crash bar. I towed it home with a combined wind speeds up to 80 MPH with the breeze we had. The insulation worked its way out in the middle but should be able to push in bake in and be functional for a short time until I can get the correct part ordered from Ball Equipment. Far better price than most dealers will give.
