2003 500 engine. Engine will not stay running. Have checked fuel line all the way through and found no problems. checked for float problems, checked jets for clean. I did notice that the fuel pump only primes the line when you switch the key. Is that the only time the fuel pump is supposed to get power, about 3 seconds?
