Just got this machine and fixed it up, had a bad fuel pump and that was all. Just did all the fluids and maintenance, etc...
So far all the parts seem to match up to a Full Size 2016 Ranger XP 570 & XP 900, even the windshelds from the XPs fit perfectly, i have superatv doors on order also.
Before anyone complains, the machine is actually made by Polaris, has both Bobcat serial numbers and a Polaris sticker elsewhere on the frame, and is essentially just a Ranger XP 570 full size that has had a body kit put on the front of it, giving it 4 headlights instead of 2, so far everything else from a ranger swaps over, including the dash pieces.
I curious if anyone else on here has the same machine, i plan to replace the drive belt with a stronger one, but haven't delved into there yet to do it.
EDIT: so with exceptions to cross-compatibility is pretty much as follows, for Gas Powered Bobcat 3400s
For Frame, Suspension, etc components, reference the Polaris Brutus, which uses the same frame and complete suspension, we just installed a Polaris Brutus Lift kit on my 2016 Bobcat 3400 and everything fit like it was designed for the bobcat, period! Also, my Ranger XP 570 full size enclosure doors from Super ATV also fit perfectly, as do the front and rear windshields.
For Engine, Trans, etc, Reference the 2016 Polaris Ranger XP 570 Full Size, i am running the Polaris version Detent and Pawls in my Bobcat transmission and the shifting has never ever worked so well as it does now with the Polaris version of the parts in there, Bobcats were slightly, almost un-seenly, different, shifts just as crisply as my Ranger 1000 XP now.
And with the Gilomen custom tune, the Gas powered bobcat 3400 can do 50-60 MPH, with no other modifications, the top speed of 35 is nothing but bobcat lunacy programmed into the stock bobcat tune, unless your machine is diesel, which really do top out at 35-40 due to RPM Redline on the 3 cyl diesels.
