Ordered a roof and back panle Sunday night and haven't heard a word since. Do they send an email when it ships? Do they ship from their warehouse or does it come from Polaris? I'm really, really hoping it shows up before the weekend. Ordered a Siezmik Versa Fold HC poly windshield off eBay the same night and that already going to be hear tomorrow!

In my experience, Babbitts doesn't communicate and they don't honor their online freight quotes. In fact, they literally rip your head off on revised freight charges. For example, I order rear canvas doors from them on August 9th. Their price on the doors was well below competitors and with the quoted freight, it was about $100 cheaper than the next best price. A week after placing the order, I got an email telling me the freight was going to be revised from $23.93 to $109.00. The order finally shipped on August 28th.

I have made several orders from them, nothing big and always Polaris small replacement parts that are shipped UPS. I order a bunch of items a couple of weeks ago and received a order confirmation notice right away and then a shipment and tracking notice a few days later. Parts were in hand 8 days after order was placed. Faster and much cheaper than through my local dealer that is 2 miles away. I also ordered a complete new front end earlier this year and it was $200 cheaper that anywhere else and came UPS also.

Thanks for the shout out Curt!

We have about 3 guys engaging in PRC, so we aren't hard to get a hold of. I am here if anyone needs quotes on Polaris OEM or aftermarket parts.

I have never personally used Babbits, but I have used Fix My Toys (sponsor) a couple of times and had my parts in 2 days flat for in stock parts. Granted I live fairly close to them, but the parts literally shipped the very morning after I ordered them!

I ordered doors and rear glass from them. I didn't hear anything for a couple days, then I got an email saying shipping would be an additional $100. I gave the ok and didn't hear from them again. About a week later I got a call from the freight company to schedule delivery.

The final cost was still less than the local dealers and it was delivered to my door.

they are slow took three weeks to get a front diff but they beat everybody else price by 90 bucks and that's a lot of beer to help put it in lol T&S

If they don't come back asking for more shipping I'll save 112.00 after tax. I work 1/2 mile from my polaris dealer and they said they stock all the cab stuff. If I knew it would take up to 3 weeks I would just bought it locally on Monday.

I know I sound impatient but fall colors are peaked right now and want to get some miles on in comfort before my warranty runs out this winter. Once deer season starts in November (1/2 the month long) you really can't legally ride them off your own property between 1/2 hour before sun up to 1/2 hour after. First world problems I guess LOL.

I won't be ordering from Babbitts again. Next time I will give Fix My Toys a try.
