That would be awesome!!!!
If you figure it out, I want to know how you did it!
I think that would be a cool looking setup - even if no beer ever comes out of it!!!
My choice would be a Shiner Bock ram-head tap.

I used a Coors original tap on one of my Chevys. Was able to drill out the base of the tap just enough to slide over the column shift rod and then used an epoxy to set it in place. I never offroaded the truck as hard as I do my Ranger so I don't know how well one would hold up but it did fine in the truck. Two draw backs were you couldn't go through a check point without having to walk a line and touch your nose and when I sold the truck the epoxy set up soo hard I couldn't remove it, ended up going to the junk yard and getting a new shift rod (I didn't want to loose my tap :D ).

Beer Tap gear shifter

I have one a bud light tap shifter. What we did was first remove the stock knob. Second you are going to have to cut down the shifter shaft. Third weld I believe its a 5/16 bolt onto the shifter shaft make sure you put a jam nut on the bolt before you screw the tap on so you dont overtighten the tap and crack it. I will try and get some pics when I get my buggy back next week. Gwise
