Did you run power to the bus bar under the hood? Could you possible have blown an in-line fuse to there?

Unfortunately there's no magic to solving a problem like this. I suggest getting a digital service manual, find the wring diagram, check all the connections inside the connectors first, clean, add dielectric grease, and use a test light to find the source of power in the circuit farthest from the heater, then work from there. You may find damaged wiring due to mechanical damage or rodents. The insulation may be intact but the condictor inside may be broken, especially in places where the wire is stretched tight or subject to vibration.

 

i cant find an inline fuse. i have power to the yellow with red stripe at the relay. should have to power wires there. dont know where the other power wire goes and cant seem to find a diagram

 

finally found the fuse. took the windshield washer tank out and it was behind it. fuse was blown. all works well now

 

Question now is what made the fuse blow?

 

My Polaris will not heat or cool , but fan works fine
