Unfortunately there's no magic to solving a problem like this. I suggest getting a digital service manual, find the wring diagram, check all the connections inside the connectors first, clean, add dielectric grease, and use a test light to find the source of power in the circuit farthest from the heater, then work from there. You may find damaged wiring due to mechanical damage or rodents. The insulation may be intact but the condictor inside may be broken, especially in places where the wire is stretched tight or subject to vibration.
